Stella Guan is a filmmaker, video editor and translator based in New York City.
Stella has a B.A. in Mass Communication from La Salle University, Philadelphia. Currently, she is a filmmaking student at Digital Film Academy. She will be pursuing an MFA in filmmaking in Seoul, South Korea in early 2013.
Stella is the recipient of the Christian Brother’s Full-Tuition Scholarship, James T. Guo Scholarship, Korea University Academic Excellence Scholarship, 2012 CUPRAP Internship Scholarship for Students of Color and the 2012 La Salle University International Student Award.
Stella has completed internships most recently at the Asia Society, and formerly at Arts Engine, Allied-THA and Kang & Lee Advertising.
